١. ما هو جيران؟
جيران تطبيق يساعد الناس في سوريا على نشر إعلانات العمل وتأجير الأغراض والخدمات والبيع، وعلى التواصل فيما بينهم. جيران ليس طرفاً في أي اتفاق بين المستخدمين، ولا تتم أي عملية دفع عبر التطبيق.
٢. حسابك
يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٨ سنة على الأقل لإنشاء حساب. أنت مسؤول عن صحة المعلومات التي تنشرها وعن الحفاظ على كلمة المرور الخاصة بك. حساب واحد لكل شخص.
٣. المحتوى الممنوع
يُمنع نشر أو إرسال ما يلي:
• أي شيء مخالف للقانون، بما في ذلك الأسلحة والمخدرات والمواد المسروقة.
• الاحتيال والإعلانات الوهمية أو المضللة.
• المحتوى الجنسي أو العنيف أو المسيء أو الذي يحرّض على الكراهية.
• المعلومات الشخصية لأشخاص آخرين دون إذنهم.
• الإزعاج أو التهديد أو الرسائل المزعجة المتكررة.
• التمييز في إعلانات العمل على أساس الدين أو الطائفة أو الأصل.
٤. المراجعة والإشراف
حتى يبقى جيران آمناً:
• تتم مراجعة أول إعلانات المستخدمين الجدد قبل نشرها.
• يمكن لأي مستخدم الإبلاغ عن إعلان أو مستخدم. يُخفى الإعلان تلقائياً بعد عدة بلاغات حتى تتم مراجعته.
• عند الإبلاغ عن محادثة، يحتفظ جيران بنسخة من آخر رسائلها ليراجعها فريق الإشراف. لا يطّلع الفريق على المحادثات التي لم يُبلَّغ عنها.
• يحق لجيران رفض الإعلانات أو حذفها، وإيقاف الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط.
٥. الإعلانات
يبقى الإعلان منشوراً لمدة ٣٠ يوماً، ويمكنك تمديده. إذا لم يتم تمديده يتوقف نشره، ثم يُحذف مع صوره بعد ٧ أيام. يمكنك تعديل إعلاناتك أو حذفها في أي وقت.
٦. الأمان والدفع
يتم الاتفاق على السعر والدفع مباشرة بين المستخدمين، وليس عبر جيران. ننصحك بالالتقاء في مكان عام، وبعدم دفع أي مبلغ مقدماً لشخص لا تعرفه. جيران غير مسؤول عن الاتفاقات أو المدفوعات أو الخلافات بين المستخدمين.
٧. حدود المسؤولية
يُقدَّم جيران كما هو. نبذل جهدنا ليعمل التطبيق بشكل جيد، لكن لا نضمن أن يكون متاحاً دائماً أو خالياً من الأخطاء.
٨. حذف الحساب
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من صفحة «حسابي». يُحذف حسابك وإعلاناتك وصورك. تبقى المحادثات لدى الطرف الآخر، لكن بدون اسمك وصورتك.
٩. التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. عند التحديث سنطلب منك الموافقة على النسخة الجديدة قبل متابعة استخدام التطبيق.

1. What is Jiran?
Jiran is an app that helps people in Syria post listings for jobs, rentals, services and things for sale, and contact each other. Jiran is not a party to any agreement between users, and no payments are made through the app.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the information you post and for keeping your password safe. One account per person.
3. Prohibited content
You may not post or send:
• Anything illegal, including weapons, drugs and stolen goods.
• Fraud, fake or misleading listings.
• Sexual, violent or abusive content, or content that incites hatred.
• Other people's personal information without their permission.
• Harassment, threats or repeated spam.
• Discrimination in job listings based on religion, sect or origin.
4. Review and moderation
To keep Jiran safe:
• New users' first listings are reviewed before they are published.
• Any user can report a listing or a user. A listing is hidden automatically after several reports until it has been reviewed.
• When a conversation is reported, Jiran keeps a copy of its latest messages for the moderation team to review. The team does not see conversations that have not been reported.
• Jiran may reject or delete listings, and suspend accounts that break these terms.
5. Listings
A listing stays published for 30 days, and you can extend it. If it is not extended it stops being published, and it is deleted together with its photos 7 days later. You can edit or delete your listings at any time.
6. Safety and payment
Prices and payments are agreed directly between users, not through Jiran. We advise you to meet in a public place, and not to pay anything in advance to someone you don't know. Jiran is not responsible for agreements, payments or disputes between users.
7. Limitation of liability
Jiran is provided as is. We do our best to make the app work well, but we cannot guarantee that it is always available or free of errors.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Your account, listings and photos are deleted. Conversations remain with the other person, but without your name and photo.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue using the app.
