١. ما الذي نجمعه؟
• بريدك الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور (كلمة المرور مشفّرة ولا يمكننا رؤيتها).
• الاسم الظاهر والصورة الشخصية، إذا أضفتهما. هما اختياريان ويظهران للآخرين.
• إعلاناتك، وهي عامة ويمكن لأي شخص رؤيتها.
• معلومات الحساب التجاري، إذا اخترت ذلك: النشاط والوصف والعنوان ورقم الهاتف وواتساب وتيليغرام. هي اختيارية وعامة.
• الموقع، إذا اخترت إضافته: نحرّك النقطة حتى ١ كم قبل حفظها، إلا إذا اخترت بنفسك «إظهار موقعي الدقيق» لإعلان معيّن (مثلاً لمحل)، فيُحفظ الموقع الدقيق ويراه الجميع. نحذف دائماً معلومات الموقع من صورك.
• محادثاتك، وهي خاصة بينك وبين الطرف الآخر.
• رقم هاتفك الذي تتحقق منه (مطلوب لاستخدام جيران). يبقى خاصاً ولا يظهر لأحد. عند التحقق عبر واتساب ترسل رسالة فيها رمز إلى رقم جيران، ونحذف الرسالة فور قراءة الرمز. عند التحقق عبر تيليغرام تشارك رقمك مع بوت جيران، ونحفظ الرقم فقط.
• معرّف الإشعارات ولغة التطبيق على هاتفك، لإرسال الإشعارات.
• قائمة من قمت بحظرهم (خاصة)، والبلاغات التي ترسلها.
• تاريخ موافقتك على الشروط ونسختها.
٢. ما الذي لا نجمعه؟
لا نطلب تاريخ الميلاد أو الجنس أو جهات الاتصال، ولا نتتبع موقعك.
٣. لماذا نستخدم بياناتك؟
لتشغيل السوق (عرض الإعلانات والمحادثات)، وللأمان (المراجعة والبلاغات ومنع الاحتيال)، ولإرسال الإشعارات التي تخصك.
٤. من يرى بياناتك؟
• الجميع: إعلاناتك واسمك الظاهر وصورتك، ومعلومات حسابك التجاري إن وُجد.
• الطرف الآخر فقط: المحادثة بينكما.
• فريق الإشراف: البلاغات، ونسخة من آخر رسائل المحادثة التي تم الإبلاغ عنها.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع المعلنين.
٥. أين تُحفظ؟
تُحفظ البيانات لدى Google Firebase على خوادم في فرانكفورت (ألمانيا، الاتحاد الأوروبي). تعالج Google البيانات نيابة عنا فقط.
٦. مدة الحفظ
• الإعلانات: ٣٠ يوماً بعد النشر أو التمديد، ثم تُحذف بعد ٧ أيام من انتهائها.
• الحساب: حتى تحذفه.
• عند حذف الحساب نحذف حسابك وإعلاناتك وصورك واسمك الظاهر وقائمة الحظر والبلاغات التي أرسلتها. تبقى المحادثات لدى الطرف الآخر بدون اسمك وصورتك.
٧. حقوقك
يمكنك رؤية بياناتك وتعديلها داخل التطبيق، وحذف حسابك في أي وقت من صفحة «حسابي».
٨. الأطفال
جيران غير مخصص لمن هم دون ١٨ سنة.
٩. التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة. عند التحديث سنطلب منك الموافقة على النسخة الجديدة.

Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
• Your email address and password (the password is encrypted and we cannot see it).
• Your display name and profile photo, if you add them. They are optional and visible to others.
• Your listings, which are public and can be seen by anyone.
• Business account details, if you choose to add them: line of business, description, address, phone number, WhatsApp and Telegram. They are optional and public.
• A location, if you choose to add one: we move the point up to 1 km before saving it, unless you choose "Show my exact location" for a listing (for example for a shop). Then the exact location is saved and everyone can see it. We always remove location information from your photos.
• Your conversations, which are private between you and the other person.
• The phone number you verify (required to use Jiran). It stays private and is never shown to anyone. To verify via WhatsApp, you send a message with a code to Jiran's number, and we delete the message as soon as the code has been read. To verify via Telegram, you share your number with Jiran's bot, and we keep only the number.
• Your phone's notification ID and app language, to send you notifications.
• The list of people you have blocked (private), and the reports you send.
• The date and version of the terms you accepted.
2. What we don't collect
We don't ask for your date of birth, gender or contacts, and we don't track your location.
3. Why we use your data
To run the marketplace (showing listings and conversations), for safety (review, reports and fraud prevention), and to send you notifications that concern you.
4. Who can see your data
• Everyone: your listings, display name and photo, and your business account details if you have any.
• Only the other person: your conversation with them.
• The moderation team: reports, and a copy of the latest messages of a reported conversation.
We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
5. Where it is stored
Data is stored with Google Firebase on servers in Frankfurt (Germany, EU). Google processes the data only on our behalf.
6. How long we keep it
• Listings: 30 days after publishing or extending, then deleted 7 days after they expire.
• Your account: until you delete it.
• When you delete your account, we delete your account, listings, photos, display name, block list and the reports you sent. Conversations remain with the other person, without your name and photo.
7. Your rights
You can see and edit your data in the app, and delete your account at any time from your profile.
8. Children
Jiran is not intended for people under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will ask you to accept the new version.
